Welcome to our studio, where we offer you Bikram, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga to help you find what you need from your yoga practice.

At our studio we encourage all levels of yoga and enjoy helping our students to find their potential and their happy place as they explore physically and mentally what it is to do yoga.

The room is heated to help students to create more flexibility and suppleness in the body. It focuses the mind to the yoga, and helps to bring about a state of detoxification through sweating and yoga asanas.

Many of our students enjoy various benefits from the yoga including reduced stress and anxiety, increased vitality, flexibility and strength, better sleep, weight loss and reduced blood pressure, recovery from illness or injury, self maintenance, and deeper levels of compassion and self understanding.
